Starting from the 2016 winter season, St. Anton am Arlberg, St. Christoph, Stuben along with Lech, Zürs, Zug Warth and Schröcken combined all these charming villages into one area to form the Ski Arlberg Ski Resort and warmly referred to as “The Ski Jewel in the Alps”.
Ski Arlberg is the largest connected ski resort in Austria. The slopes for skiing, snowboarding and freeriding stretch from St. Anton am Arlberg in Tyrol, to St. Christoph and Stuben in the neighbouring Vorarlberg and further on to Zürs, Zug , Lech, Oberlech and Schröcken and ski lift connected all the way to Warth.

St. Anton is accessible via several airports:
St. Anton station lies centrally and is served by ÖBB Railjet, EuroCity, NightJet, and even the Orient Express.
Accessible via key routes: Salzburg → Innsbruck → Landeck; Munich → Fern Pass; Zurich via Arlberg Tunnel; all require a vignette/toll sticker.
Winter tyres and snow chains are mandatory in winter.
This winter sports region is considered the cradle of alpine skiing and is the chosen destination for all who are fascinated by the alpine winter.
St. Anton, is the Après-Ski Mecca, and very popular among party fans, while Lech has a calmer atmosphere. Families will find what they are looking for in Zürs, Warth and Schröcken.

This area is superbly located for easy access by mainline train , one hour from Innsbruck or 2 hours from Zurich. The main OBB train station is in central town with easy taxi availability to get you to your accommodation or it’s only a 5 minute walk to Chalet Angel.
